Sophia Belle is an Indie Author of Contemporary Romances. She loves writing small-town romances with guys who have boy-next-door qualities but loves to turn up the heat in the bedroom. Her books are blended with a nice mixture of sweet and spicy, giving you all the feels. You can always expect a happy ever after and characters who will stay with you long after the last page is read.

 

Sophia Belle released her debut novel, Connected by Souls, in the fall of 2023.

When she's not writing, you can find her boating with her family on the weekends, enjoying the beaches, homeschooling their youngest, and going on fun group dates with their friends. She lives in Florida with her husband, three children, and two golden retrievers, and yes, Mimi and Papaw live above the garage just like in the book. :)

"I've always had a creativity bug. I had a photography studio for a few years when my two oldest started school. When my husband got a job offer in Florida, we took the leap of faith and moved from Tennessee in 2011 with our two children. It ended up being the best decision we could have made for our family.

​

Instead of picking up photography again, I threw myself into having fun being home with the kids, using my creativity with DIY projects around the home, and dabbling in interior decorating.

​

In 2016, we welcomed our third child into the world. My surprise blessing at forty years old. She was the missing piece of our family—completing us.

 

For the next six years, I was busy with motherhood again and soaking up every minute, but I lacked the part of me outside of being a mom. My creativity was buried, and I had no idea how to get it back. I started doing yoga and the inner work of manifesting what I wanted my life to be like and how I wanted to feel.

 

One night, I dreamed about the characters from Connected by Souls. I woke up in the middle of the night, opened my laptop, and just started writing. I have always been an avid reader but had no clue what I was doing. I told myself that if I only did this for my eyes only, it would be enough because I was having so much fun doing it.

 

Before I knew it, I had a full novel sitting in front of me. A novel, I cried and laughed with while sitting in the dark typing away in the still of the night. I novel, I knew, needed to be shared with others.

 

I've opened up this whole creative world that I didn't know existed inside me, and I never want to leave. Writing has given me something I can own outside of being a mom. A sense of accomplishment and joy that I didn't know I was missing.

I look forward to beginning my journey as an author and am excited to connect with my readers on a deeper level. I've put my heart and soul into what I write, and my wish for you is to feel connected to my characters as much as I do.
